Accessibility Improvement Works in Progress

Our Commitment

Our company is actively working on a digital accessibility plan aimed at identifying and correcting all barriers that may limit the use of our online services for people who rely on assistive technologies (screen readers, keyboard navigation, voice commands, etc.). We are currently focusing on the following areas:

Areas of Intervention

  • Keyboard Navigation: we are reviewing and optimising all pages and interactive functions to ensure they are fully usable without a mouse, using keyboard-only inputs (tab, enter, esc, arrow keys).
  • Compatibility with Screen Readers and Assistive Technologies: we are mapping all interaction flows to ensure content is properly announced, ARIA tags are correctly applied, images include meaningful alt text, and semantic structures (headings, landmarks, lists) are coherent.
  • Voice Navigation and Voice Commands: we are evaluating content consistency with voice-controlled navigation and correcting obstacles (non-identifiable elements, missing labels, unclear interactive components).
  • Colour Contrast, Readability and Adaptability: we are updating colours, spacing, font choices and layout structure to support users with visual impairments and improve readability, including high-contrast modes.
  • Accessible Multimedia Content: we are adding subtitles, transcripts and sign-language options where applicable, and ensuring media elements work correctly with assistive technologies.
  • Accessible Interactive Processes: forms, checkout steps, payments and interactive components are being revised to ensure keyboard compatibility, clear instructions, accessible error messages and proper operation with assistive technologies.

What You Can Expect from Us

  • An updated accessibility statement outlining the level of compliance, any documented exceptions, and how to report issues.
  • A dedicated channel to report any difficulties or barriers encountered during navigation.
  • A long-term commitment to maintaining and improving accessibility standards across all future features, updates and content.

Why We Are Doing This

Compliance not only meets the requirements of current regulations (e.g., Legislative Decree 82/2022 implementing EU Directive 2019/882), but also reflects our cultural and strategic commitment to a more inclusive digital presence.
