P11 Sea Bream and Sole
Sea bream and sole are two marine fish, both characterized by high protein content and reduced fat intake. They are also sources of minerals like phosphorus, zinc and selenium and vitamins like vitamin D, important for the maintenance of robust bones. We add a small percentage of rice, an easily digestible food and a source of energy, to the sea bream and sole.
