33 Tuna, Seabream and Amaranth

In this preparation are present two marine fish: tuna, very appetizing and easily digestible, and sea bream, reduced in fat content and source of noble proteins. Amaranth, in addition to providing energy, contains mineral salts such as iron, calcium, phosphorus and magnesium. Finally, apple is an excellent source of soluble fiber and contains natural antioxidants. A jelly solution is added to the recipe in order to increase its tastiness and its water content.
