10 Tuna and whitebait

This recipe originates from the mix of two key ingredients: Tuna -which is a source of high quality proteins- and whitebait that is rich in high biological value proteins and minerals such as potassium, phosphorus, calcium and Vitamin A (the latter being very important for the eyes and the skin health).
